looking for another job

One of my friend called me this afternoon asking me if I am looking for another job. I said I am not but if there is another opportunity that pays more why not. She said that it pays more than what I get right now and if I am interested she and I will go to apply next week. I am really not planning to change my job right now although what I have is a crappy job. But I am always thinking at least it is permanent. With the economy right now a lot of employer are trying to cut their budget so, they are laying off some employees I am worried about that. If you are the last person hired you will most likely be laid off first. My friend told me that she will call me again tomorrow. I will think many times first before I go apply, you know it is hard to have no job here their are a lot of bills to pay.
