Yesterday afternoon when I came home from work I found mail in our mail box. One of the letters was a bill for my old cell phone t-mobile. I wondered why I have a bill from them; I have not had their phone service since November 2nd. I never renewed my two years contract with them when it ended on October. My husband was the one who called them and told them I did not want to renew my contract. I was very mad yesterday and I called them and I asked them why it still working. I never use their service anymore and I have a new cell phone already. I told them I did not want to pay for it. Last month I had a bill from them too. I never checked it I thought it was a charge for not renewing it. I never opened the bill and they charged to my bank account. But yesterday I opened and read it so I found out that it was a phone bill that I do not have anymore. They want me to pay for it even though I never used it. I did not know I still had to pay them but I am worried about my credit. Now I changed my mind I do not want to go back to t-mobile again. I was planning to come back to them in a few months but because of this there is no way I will do business with them again.
