blocking our driveway

Earlier today while my husband and son went out grocery shopping only my daughters and I were at home. When my daughters went to sleep I stayed in our living room watching basketball on our TV. When I looked out our window I noticed that there was a car parked in front on our driveway. It was blocking our driveway. I thought that they were waiting for somebody but I keep looking on our window waiting for the car to leave but it was still there. I think they stayed there for almost an hour so I called my husband on his cell phone and told him about the car. He said he would call the police. After a few minutes the police were here on front on our house. Then the car drove off right away. That is what I like about here in America the police will respond to your call very quickly.
