membership card

This morning I got up early and I went shopping for birthday party stuff for my daughters. We are going to have a small birthday treats for them tomorrow for their first birthday. It will be a simple birthday party with family and some close friends of mine. When I was on my way to the store I saw Party store I asked my husband if he would drop me in the store. I had never been to Party store and I checked the price for their balloon they cost less than the other store. I might buy them tomorrow morning. I am not sure if they need a membership card for that, usually when I go to a new store they always ask me if I want a membership card from them.
