always bad news

I am drinking my morning coffee and chocolate cookie right now while I am on the computer reading the news. Of course most of the news is always bad news I do not know when I have read any good news. I was also looking at photos from Haitian it is still very bad. I know most of the people there are very depress at what is happening in their lives right now. I think if I was in their shoes I would not know what to do. I have never been depress in my life and I have no plan to get depress but if ever happens to me maybe I would use natural depression treatments. But hopefully it will not happen to me. I have experience a lot of problems in my life and I handled them by myself with out medication.
