I hope she was happy

I think it was two weeks ago that I read in a magazine about the actress who was just only 23 years old and had 10 surgeries to make her self more beautiful. I think she was prettier before she had gone under the knife. She was not over weight before but I think she had weight loss surgery but I am not sure. I was reading the article quickly because I was at work when I read it. I was looking at her picture in the magazine many times but she looked beautiful before. I hope she was happy with her decision to have all those surgeries that she had done to her body. I think you know who I am talking about right?
