Dominant the TV

My son was in his bedroom a few minutes ago playing games on his computer. Now that it is time for my favorite show to come on my son asked me if he can watch his movie here in the living room. Of course I would like to say no but he wants to watch it here with us so I said yes. It is true when you have children they dominant the TV and you can not watch your show. It is okay because he is my son and I can stay on the computer while he is watching TV. I will just read some weight loss success stories online maybe I can get an idea for myself from their story. But how can it help me if I am always hungry like right now.
