Needed repairs

When we bought our house two years ago we knew that it needed a lot of repairs. So my husband and I make the repairs little by little depending on our budget. When we bought it there were no exterior shutters on the window. I really would like to have shutters on our window and I am not sure when we will buy them because right now we do not have the money in our budget yet. My husband told me that he wanted to fix our garage before the other stuff because he uses the garage more often but I am hoping that when I receive my tax refund I will have extra money to spend for new window shutters.
