How can I

My son really wants to go to the Mc Donald right now but I told him we would go later because I still had a lot of things to do here in the house. I just came home a few hours ago from work. I am so tired and the house is a mess I could not leave the house with out cleaning it up. I need to take a rest for a while too before going to Mc Donald because after going there we will go to the grocery store. He is already ready and waiting for me I am still reading about the Lipovox pill online. Besides that I would like to take a nap too but how can I my son am waiting for me and he can not wait to eat his happy meal.
