FB is killing me

I want to go to bed now and sleep I am so tired. Last night I only got 4 hours sleep and went to work I was very sleepy while driving. So it is time to turn off the computer and go to sleep. Facebook drives me crazy because they mess up my schedule. Every time I log in with them it is hard to log off so many pictures of family and friends that I have fun looking at. Sometimes it is nice because I can see my old neighbors and friends that I have not seen for a long time. I miss my family too and to see their picture on Fb makes me happy but is killing me. I can not get enough sleep because of them. I know it is my fault I am only making excuses.
