Time for a change

Two weeks ago I started to exercise at least five times a week for 25 minutes a day. They said that it is enough for me to stay fit and active and I try my best to do that routine. I like the feeling after I exercise I sweat too much. I do this because I am trying to loss weight even though I take the best diet pills it is not enough with out exercise. I am so tired of being heavy and so ashamed of my belly always sticking out over my pants. I just felt that it is time for a change I want to be healthy and fit.
