Steel building

My husband wants a steel building to use for a restaurant. He has plans to have his own restaurant but I told him to wait until he is ready to retire. He just wants to have his own business someday and it is up to him what he does with his time in the future all I can do is to support him. All he needs is money to start his business so I told him he needs to save all his money now. I know it is hard to save money but that is the only way he will be able to get the money he needs.
