Counting calories

This afternoon at work we were talking about counting calories. I told my friends that before I started working out I did not care about calories and now I am very conscious and started reading the nutrition facts on every food I eat. They were laughing at me as they were talking about of where to get the best snack bar and the best creatine supplement. It is really different when you are working in a fitness center you can learn a lot of things about nutrition that you never even care about before. It is good thing though and I like it.
