custom birthday presents

My son just turned seven years old on May and most of the people here keeps telling me that he is a big boy and they cannot believed that he is already seven. He is a big boy and I know that and on his birthday I got him a custom birthday presents online.I think he is the only one who is more bigger than his cousins here. He is so heavy but now he is not as big as he was last week before we arrived here in the Philippines. He told me he lose weight already for always eating rice and soup.
