easy songs

My son has a guitar that his daddy gave to him on his birthday, but he does not play it. I hid it in the closet for a year now. He does not know how to play the guitar yet, and I know that he needs to practice it. Sometimes when he is bored he plays it even though it is out of tune. My son wants to play the guitar and I hope to get him guitar lesson in the future. It would be really good for him to learn to play easy songs for guitar. I am excited for him to know to use the strings of the guitar and be able to sing a song with it. Hopefully this summer we can sign him up for guitar lesson.
