Before my husband and I got married he bought some
commercial property. He did it without using an attorney to help with the deal.
He has had many legal problems with the property that he would not have had if
he had used the services of someone like raleigh
commercial real estate lawyer. Now he is trying to sell his
investment and take that money and invest in equipment in his new business. I
hope this time he has an attorney to help him before he invest all that money
again.
