Wants Makeover

I really like to have a makeover in this blog, but I do not know who to ask with. I just want to change the layout even though a simple lay out. I do not like the color of this blog now. I hope somebody knows how to change or make layouts. I will pay if the cost is not too much for me. I just want to see a different picture here for a change. If somebody hear me please just let me know. Thank you!
