diets that work

My friends from work come by this afternoon to see me. They both just retired last week and next month they will go back to the Philippines. I am sad about them leaving but it was their decision. Anyway, they came from their retirement party. Earlier they ask me if I was going to the party I said no because I was watching my babies. When they were here Ruth showed me her pants she said that it was too big on her because she was losing weight. She used to tell me about the kinds of diets that work for her because she tried everything but never could lose any weight. Now that she is not working anymore she has lost weight. I think watching her grandbaby all the time is good for her.
