Do not know her name

There is a woman at work that I see all the time but I do not know her name. Sometimes we talk when we are in the rest room but I never ask her name and she never asks mine either. I would like to ask her but I do not know what keeps me from doing it. Yesterday we were in the restroom and I asked her how old she was because I was curios she looks very young like she is in her teens. She told me she was 24yo and already had one baby. I never thought about her having a baby. With her looking so young and with a slim body maybe she was wearing a kymaro body shaper. She said that when you are skinny people think you are young. She is still very young at 24 but not as young as I thought she was. But I still do not know her name.
