no school pics

Yesterday my son supposed to bring money at school for school picture, but he did not ask me. He said that it is ok not to pay because the school might ask to retake his picture again. He was not interested of asking money from me because he said that I do not have any money. He asked for ten dollars the other to buy books at their school book fair and when he came home he had three books. He thought that because I gave him ten dollars for books then he could not have a school picture. I told him that I like him to have a school picture earlier.
